I really love your Oichi! Your skirt looks so perfect! And your socks too! Did you also make the Jigglypuff?

I also want to make Oichi as a cosplay. I was wondering if you could give some advice on patterns you used/adapted, how much fabric you needed per colour and what kind of fabric, method of making the armband, how you made the 'logos' on the fabric, and how you did the collar? Not to mention, the Jigglypuff. I'd love to know what kind of pattern you used (willing to share? ) And what size it is? I do have some ideas about this, but I'd appreciate advice from someone who made an awesome costume like that!
